It was my first time there on July 13th, around 8:30am. The only bad experience I had was during check-in. The guy with the curly mustache seemed irritated that I brought my car in early. Most repair shops usually appreciate that, but not him. His nasty, irritated tone of voice response and annoyed facial expression made me uncomfortable. I almost left immediately. They also did not wash my car. Every car repair shop I've been to washes the car after completing service. Also, the cookies were only halfway done. The dough in the middle was uncooked. The girl behind the desk was turned away from everyone and seemed to be on a cell phone. Other than those bad expirences, I did not hear or see any encounter with customers that stood out. The service men were going on about their day in a normal fashion. I probably wont be going back.

I’m so glad I chose Annie’s to replace the battery in my 2020 VW Tiguan. I had to jump start my car three times before I was able to get out of the garage so I was late to my appointment that I had booked online. They still got me in right away and the service was very quick. They were upfront and honest with pricing ahead of time so I was not surprised when it came time to pay. They even ordered two different types of batteries the day before my service because there were two options it could be for my car and they wanted to make sure they had the correct one on hand.

Annie’s were able to schedule my car in the next day appointment. They diagnosed the brake issue and were much less in cost than another auto shop. Done in a few hours.
